Mark is an experienced commercial leader with over 17 years of expertise in business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and organisational transformation. He has held senior leadership roles at Equifax and now runs his own consultancy, AcumEQ, he specialises in driving sustainable growth, shaping strategic direction, and embedding cultures of excellence
Mark has worked extensively with both private and public sector organisations, including major government contracts, and has a proven track record in governance, accountability, and value-based partnerships. He is highly experienced in establishing robust frameworks for performance monitoring and strategic oversight, skills which will support the Trust as it navigates future opportunities and challenges.
Passionate about making a positive impact beyond business, Mark has volunteered at local schools to support student development and served as year group treasurer for a youth football club for over a decade. His role as Trustee reflects his commitment to using his expertise to support education and the wider community
